POSITION: SERVICE DISPATCHER

N.E.T.R., Inc. in North Andover, MA is hiring a Service Dispatcher.

N.E.T.R. is currently seeking candidates for a qualified Service Dispatcher position. The successful candidate is responsible for managing, planning and dispatching the workload and workday of the service technicians.

Responsibilities:

• Prioritizes and sets geographic routing techniques
• Sets up, maintains and retrieves customer accounts in Wintac
• Issues items, purchase orders and maintaining status for the service department
• Reviews, inputs and records time for service technicians for proper billing
• Schedules customer service appointments
• Reviews site work orders and submits to billing
• Records daily data per service order invoices in computer and increases as needed
• Records and maintains data on specific work order for ongoing daily jobs
• Follows up with field technicians to work out all actions on service work orders
• Reviews and updates pending jobs, work in progress and purchase order tracking
• Assists with the loading and unloading of trucks as needed
• Reviews, inputs and records time sheets (check in & out) daily for service installations and sends to billing
• Records daily data per service order invoices and manages “not to exceed” as needed
• Assists in pulling stock when necessary
• Addresses and responds to all service calls
• Manages the southern territory for service calls
• Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High School diploma/GED and 2-4 years’ related experience
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel

Hours: Monday through Friday 7:00am-5:00pm, may vary based on business conditions.
