Our certified home comfort tech will go through a multi-point checklist during your ductlesssystem maintenance tune-up. It includes such tasks as these:

• Flip the system from air conditioning to heating function.
• Check the operation of the relays and contactors
• Adjust belts and inspect for wear
• Lubricate and check all motors
• Prove all safety controls
• Check wiring connections
• Adjust thermostat, if needed
• Check condensate drains on heaters
• Perform a complete efficiency test with instruments
• Measure & record the operating temperatures and temperature changes
• Change or clean filters (Deluxe or hi-efficiency filters extra)
• Report our findings
• Make recommendations
