POSITION: PURCHASING COORDINATOR

N.E.T.R., Inc. in North Andover, MA is hiring a Purchasing Coordinator.

N.E.T.R. is currently seeking candidates for a qualified Purchasing Coordinator position. The successful candidate is responsible for tracking, ordering and maintaining inventory for all service jobs and office supplies.

Responsibilities:

• Maintains good inventory control procedures
• Documents all incoming material & inventory in Wintac
• Maintains and monitors refrigerant for service trucks and shop tools
• Prepares and maintains purchase order system according to accepted standards to assure proper receiving records
• Dispatches driver to job sites for needed supplies
• Verifies pick ticket with purchase orders in Wintac and corrects any errors
• Issues and follows through to completion all company purchase orders
• Oversees warehouse employee(s) and driver
• Manages the employee uniform program
• Supports field technicians
• Assists in quarterly inventories and any other inventory control procedures as required
• Shelves and maintains warehouse inventory in a neat, orderly fashion by putting stock away where it belongs and keeping work space accessible, efficient, and safe
• Conducts warehouse and truck inventories annually
• Inspects and maintains all company tools for safe operation and reference company tool list
• Annually reviews and researches pricing for inventory

Qualifications:

• High School diploma/GED and 3-5 years’ related experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
• Strong written and oral communication skills

Hours: Monday through Friday 8:00am-4:30pm, may vary based on business conditions.
